I worked in different roles, from Business Developer to Global Manager. These allowed me to gather profound marketing knowledge in multiple sectors, such as machinery for the pharmaceutical industry, laboratory instruments, chemicals, printing machines and office supplies, perfumes and cosmetics, international trade, and banking services. My global experience covers all of Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, and as a result, I have acquired a deep knowledge of the global markets. In addition, I became familiar with many company cultures: the Swiss, French, Belgian, Italian, Mexican, German, Indian, Chinese, and American corporate environments. My intercultural skills have helped me to deal with people from all over the world. I have a lot of experience leading international teams in several organisational structures. My leadership style is situational, and it encourages independent working and further development.
